wifiadb

Re-enables Android Wireless debugging automatically after reboot.

On many devices (tested on ONN tablets, Android 16) the ROM clears the wireless-debugging switch at every boot, and there is no API a normal app can call to set it back — the flag is writable only by the Settings app itself. wifiadb is an accessibility service that taps the Wireless debugging Quick Settings tile shortly after boot, verifies the switch, then returns the device to the launcher. Lab utility, not a Play app.

Setup — once per device

1. Set the lock screen to None. A locked boot runs no user code, so nothing can heal it.
2. Developer options → Quick settings developer tiles → tick Wireless debugging.
3. Install the APK, then enable the service: Settings → Accessibility → Installed services → wifiadb.
4. Allow notifications when prompted (failure alerts only).

After any install or update, re-open that accessibility entry once — this ROM does not rebind services on install until the setting is re-saved.

Notes

• ADB ports still rotate on every adbd restart — the app restores the switch, not the port. Rediscover with sudo nmap -sS -Pn -T4 --min-rate 2000 --max-retries 1 -p 32768-60999 <ip>, then adb connect each open port; adbd answers getprop ro.serialno, the pairing port stays offline.
